All American Video Poker

Game Description

All American Video Poker aims to start a revolution, declaring that Straights and Flushes are equal to any Full House and rewarding them accordingly. As further representation of the “Land of Opportunity,” a Gamble Feature allows doubling of wins, too.

Objective

All American Video Poker is a video card game based upon traditional Jacks or Better Video Poker. The paytable has been adjusted to create “greater equality” of hands. For example, Straights, Flushes, and Full Houses all pay the same 8-to-1.

Rules of Play

All American Video Poker offers credit denominations up to €100. Change the credit value by clicking on the +/- buttons at the screen’s lower right. Bet from 1 to 5 credits per hand dealt.  To begin play, click “Deal.” Five cards are dealt initially. Choose to hold from one to five cards and then click “Deal” again to receive replacement cards for those discarded. If a hand contains a pair of Jacks or better, the payout screen will automatically display the amount won. After each win, the Gamble Feature is enabled for doubling the amount won by correctly choosing one of four hidden cards larger than the Dealer’s. It is also possible to “double half” instead of the full amount. The current balance appears in the screen’s lower left corner.

Payouts

The minimum qualifying hand for payouts on All American Video Poker is a pair of Jacks or better, which pays 1-to-1 odds, as does any Two Pairs. Three of a Kind pays 3-to-1, while Straights, Flushes, and any Full House all earn 8-to-1. Four of a Kind is worth 34-to-1, and a Straight Flush gets a payout of 200-to-1. Whenever a Royal Flush is caught, it pays 250-to-1, but the very top payout is 800-to-1 for a Royal Flush with maximum credits bet.
